Medium fruity extra virgin olive oil made from organic farming of a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo cultivars. These are amongst the most common cultivars in the center and northern regions of Italy and when blended together make an evoo with rich fruity notes and a perfectly balanced bitterness and spiciness. This EVOO is very versatile and good used raw on any dish, but mostly on salads, seafood, white meat, steamed vegetables, etc. The organic farming and the well balanced notes, make it and ideal ingredient for children food.
