Franci Bio "La Cinciallegra" is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian, from Frantoio Franci, Tuscany. It is a medium fruity olive oil with clear scent of olives. Soft notes of ripe fruit with banana predominant and slight herbaceous scent of artichoke. The taste is clean, initially with a slightly sweet flavor, followed by a palatable and harmonious bitter and spicy taste. Soft persistence of herbaceous scent of artichoke. Use fresh on salads, bruschetta, pinzimonio, and fish. Perfet to prepare mayonnaise and other dressings.
The Maremma, in the south western corner of Tuscany is different from the rest of Tuscany. It is wide open landscape and sparsely populated. This area has Tuscan cowboys.
