L'Ase' Balsamic Vinegar is a winner of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) Product Award. Its intense and harmonic flavor comes from the aging process in a series of barrels made of high quality wood such as: chestnut, cherry, mulberry, juniper, and oak. Each of these woods gives to the Balsamic unique properties, increasing the complexity of the syrup. L'Ase’ comes from Rubiera, in the province of Reggio Emilia, in Italy, and its made by Acetaia F.lli Gorrieri, balsamic vinegar-makers since 1892.
